Berniece Coleman Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Berniece Coleman of Auburn, Washington, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 11, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Berniece may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Berniece touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John VanderPol and Elsie VanderPol; her siblings, Robert VanderPol and Evelyn Crichton; and her husband Alvin Coleman.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jean Loven and John VanderPol; her children, Timothy Coleman (Sue) of Lynchburg, Virginia and Shirley Baker (Patrick) of Gainesville, Florida; and her grandsons, Arthur, Alexander and Andrew Baker of Florida.
