She was predeceased by: her father William Douglas Knapp Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Rose Stacey Knapp; her husband James Allen Washam; her children, Kimberly Ann Washam Herd (Todd), Kerry Jo Quenga (George) and Raymond Douglas Washam (Kell); and her siblings, William Knapp, Curtis Knapp and Verlie Knapp. She is also survived by grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Auburn First United Methodist Church (100 N St SE, Auburn, WA 98002).
