He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Clarence and Elsie Hazel Ford. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Brockway (Charlie); his daughter Jessica (Mark); his grandchildren, Bennett and Adalyn Licata; his son Aaron (Karianna); and his siblings, David (Jeanine) and PJ Eberline (Mark). He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
