He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Rees and Frank Rees; and his siblings, Frank and Barbara. He is survived by: his wife Violet Watson; his sons, David, Tom (Nancy) and Richard (Lori); and his grandsons, Cole, Blake, Brody and Liam.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Rolling Bay Presbyterian Church (11042 Sunrise Drive NE, Bainbridge Island, WA 98110).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to First Tee - Greater Seattle (firstteeseattle.org), a nonprofit charity organization where kids and teens learn the game of golf and its inherent values like honesty, respect and confidence.
