He is survived by: his daughters, Phyllis Peterson (Jeff), Patricia Cookman and Pamela Marchetti (Mark); his close friend Kay Goodrich; and his siblings, Ronald Cookman and Joyce Morris. He is also survived by three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
