He is survived by: his wife Sally; his sisters, Reda Winters of Louisville and Joan Phelps of Lexington, Kentucky; and his children, Cheryl O'Dell, Terry (Michelle Vires), Deanna (Tony Matison), Russell (Terri Jo Vires) and Timothy (Michelle Vires). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
