It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Eugene Hancock Sr. (Bellevue, Washington), born in Princeton, Illinois, who passed away on March 28, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Lillian; his siblings, Robert Jr., John, William, Jerry, Tom and Roberta; and his wife Roberta Irene.

He is survived by: his children, Lynn Whalen of Oakland, California, Donald Hancock, Jr. of Antioch, California and Amber Ushka (David) of Bellevue, Washington; and his grandsons, Spencer Cowan-Fayter of Loma Rica, California, Alexander Ushka of Issaquah, Washington, Benjamin Ushka (Brooke) of Issaquah, Washington, Nicolas Ushka of Seattle and Isaak Ushka of Bellevue, Washington..
