He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hiram Brainard Wallace and Edna Melvina Anderson; his wife Mary Loutsis; his children, Susan, Ella, Hiram, Shelly, Scott, Marie and Steven; his former wife Sue Ostrem; his children, Mike, Katy, Dan, Joe and John; and his children-in-law, Mary Rose Chandler, Carolyn, Phil, Jeff and John. He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Contributions in Scott's memory may be made to the Sno Valley Senior Center in Carnation.
