He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fuller and Anne Fuller. He is survived by: his close friend Fran Hawks; his son David James Fuller; his stepdaughter Arden Galinson; his grandsons, Joshua David Fuller and Theodore Jesse Fuller; and his siblings, John Fuller and Jane Fuller.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sunset Hills Funeral Home (1575 145th Pl SE, Bellevue, WA 98007).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to either the Michael J. Fox Foundation, Parkinson's Foundation, or Catholic Relief Services in Jim's memory.
