He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Federighi Borelli; his former wife Patricia Ann; his daughter Pamela; and his sister Jeanette Sprovieri. He is survived by: his father Raymond Louis Borelli; his children, Mark Borelli (Lisa) of Chicago, Illinois and Patricia Burbach of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; his stepsons, Matthew Hill (Leilani) of Mercer Island and Brian Hill (Melissa) of Shaker Heights, Ohio; and his sister Diane Beahan of Elmhurst, Illinois.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Pamela Borelli and Family Achievement Award at the University of Illinois Foundation.
