He was predeceased by: his former wife Gretchen White. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Scott White, Lisa Jolliffe, Lori Peters, Erica White, Derek Peters, Alyssa White, Sydney Peters, Michael Peters, Anna Jolliffe and James Jolliffe; and his former wife Kathy White.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his name to the Boys and Girls Club of King County, Athletic Program.
