He was predeceased by: his parents, Qicheng Lu and Lihan Lu. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Kayla Zemek, Jackson Zemek, Amaris Gopman Lu, Ezra Gopman Lu, Hiro Mitchell-Lu and Yamato Mitchell-Lu; his wife Keiko Lu; and his children, Stephen Lu, Amy Lu, Kimberly Lu and Leonard Lu.
