She was predeceased by : her parents, Sigwart Hagen and Sigrid Hagen; her brother Vernon Hagen; her husband Nils Garnaas; and her son Perry Garnaas.

She is survived by : her sister Laurine Keyes; her sons, Neil Garnaas (Pamela), Arvid Garnaas (Diane) and Cory Garnaas (Anne); her grandchildren, Brandon, Kellen, Carly, Kaden, Lauren and Tracey McKay (Garnaas); and her great grandchildren, Sawyer, Layla Garnaas and Sophie McKay.
