He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Weber and Katherine Weber; his wife Phyllis; his children, Robert, Hans (Diane), Mark and Monica Nolan (Tom); and his stepchildren, Heide Anderson (David), Jan Witter, Nancy Witter (Chris Lieb) and Keith Witter. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
