She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Gaulke and Bernice Gaulke; and her husband Albert Macapulay. She is survived by: her daughters, Michele VanSchaick (Richard) and Melissa Wolken (Patrick); her grandchildren, Cynthia Gant (Quentin), Christina Treiber (Peter), Ashley VanSchaick and Michael VanSchaick (Rheanna); and her great grandchildren, Gunner Gant, Miller Treiber and Meyer Treiber. She is also survived by 3 nieces and 4 nephews, as well as many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to The Salvation Army, 2912 Northwest Ave, Bellingham, WA 98225.
