She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Mussatti and Edna Mussatti (Hintz); her husband Gerald Thompson Sr.; her sons, Donald Vernon and Arthur Charles; her granddaughter Brittany; and her sons-in-law, Kenneth and Jon.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Thompson, Diane Neyens (Loren), Laura Remsen, Jeffrey Thompson (Teri), Valerie Frazier, Robert Thompson (Jodi), Kyle Danielson (Shelly), Heidi Soderquist (Stu) and Gerald Thompson Jr.; and her sister MaryAnn Bristor. She is also survived by her 20 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; her many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Whatcom Hospice.
