As Dean departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Dean may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Dean leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Bame and Helen Bame. He is survived by: his wife Judy; and his sisters, Donna Kuiken (Norm Perri) and Diane Wilson (Ron). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grand-nieces and nephews, cousins, and many friends.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Redeemer Church (211 Northshore Dr, Bellingham, WA 98226).
