He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Bame and Helen Bame. He is survived by: his wife Judy; and his sisters, Donna Kuiken (Norm Perri) and Diane Wilson (Ron). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grand-nieces and nephews, cousins, and many friends.
