He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Tolliver (Bakely-Tolliver) and Norman "Ralph" Tolliver; his stepfather Wallace Mederios; his brother Michael Blakely; his son Jonathan Don Tolliver; his aunt Roseanne Johnson; and his cousin Logan Wallace Vick.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Tolliver; his stepdaughter Riann Harmoney-Gilleland; his children, Kaydeanne Supinger and Alexander Tolliver; his siblings, Diane Dobbin and Richard Tolliver; and his cousins, Brian Johnson, Heather Arnold (Johnson) and Travis Vick.
