She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry LaCasse and Clarinda LaCasse; her husband Fred; her daughter Betsy Gould; and her granddaughter Rose Ann Gould.

She is survived by : her children, Kathy Bense, Robert Astley and David Astley (Susan); her grandchildren, Jessica Astley, Rachel Gould (Brian Bireley) and Daniel Astley Eklund; and her great grandchildren, Dessa Hunt Gould and Jona Bireley.
