He was predeceased by : his father Ernest Williams; his brother Alex "Butch" Martinez; and his daughter Fawn Williams. He is survived by : his mother Emily Sebastian; his son Vincent Williams; and his siblings, Anita James (Reynold), Darrylena Scarborough (Darren), Lisa Martinez, Rhonda Martinez, Marcus Martinez (Tressa), Richard Williams (Lorraine) and Raymond Williams.

A memorial service was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Moles (2465 Lakeway Dr, Bellingham, WA 98229). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bayview Chapel (2465 Lakeway Dr, Bellingham, WA 98229).
