He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Kuiken and Jennie Kuiken (VanderMolen); his siblings, Robert, Henry, Sadie, Alice, Dorothy and Joanne; his brothers-in-law, Lambert VanderKooi, Ben Coplin and Gerald Assink; his parents-in-law, Ralph and Bertha Lautenbach; his brother-in-law Terry Lautenbach; and his sons-in-law, David Woods and Paul Tuttle.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia (Lautenbach); his children, Kara Woods, Kelli Priam (Garry), Kayla Koopmans (Ed) and Kenneth Kuiken (Debbie); his brothers, Gerrit Kuiken and Dick (Judy Kuiken); and his siblings-in-law, Jim (Jan Lautenbach), Tearesa (Doug Sandberg) and Evelyn Lautenbach. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
