He is survived by: his wife Grace; his sons, Nicholas (Kirstin), David (Claire), Peter and Stephen; his parents, Anne and Bernie; and his brothers, Brent (Sharon) and Barry (Collette). He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law from Grace, and many nieces and nephews.
