With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marvin Richard Elsasser (Bellingham, Washington), who passed away on July 14, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Elsasser and Margaret Elsasser (Schwab); and his wife Leslie Sturtz. He is survived by: his daughters, Karie Elsasser and Kristie (Tim Mark); his grandchildren, Kyle, Allison Elsasser (Winterburn), Mandee Olson, Preston Mark and Landon Mark; his great grandchildren, Daymon Olson and Stevie Elsasser; his sister Bev Johnson; and his cousin MaryKay Perry. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Greenacres Cemetery (5700 Northwest Dr, Ferndale, WA 98248).

Alzheimer's Disease caused Marv to forget many things in recent years, but he never forgot his family and friends.
