It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip S Wu (Bellingham, Washington), who passed away on October 3, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his wife Virginia; his children, Geo and Christine; his granddaughter Maile Montemuro (Gabe); his great grandchild Ford; and his sisters, Mildred Ying and Christina Hsi.

Philip Xi-Sheng Wu, a visionary, a mentor, and a loving family man, will forever be remembered for his countless contributions to the field of engineering, his zest for life, and the profound impact he had on those fortunate enough to have crossed his path.
