He was predeceased by: his former wife Nelda C. Judd. He is survived by: his wife Susan Plumb; his children, Wade, Brantley Plumb and Hilary Fullner (Mark); and his grandchildren, Emma Finney (Blake) and Michael Plumb (Lexi). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
