She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Gene Brown; her parents, Bill Helwig and Catherine Helwig; her siblings, Arnie Helwig and Sally Bowron; and her daughter-in-law Suzanne Goodrich.

She is survived by: her children, Erin Brown (Suzanne Goodrich), Dana Brown-Davis (Scott Brown-Davis) and Eric Brown (Anne Heller); and her grandchildren, Zachary Brown-Davis (Danielle Brown) and Michaela Brown-Davis (Antony Urbano).
