He was predeceased by: his parents, James Herbert Scarborough Sr. and Annette Luretta Sanchez; his daughter Crystal Rose Pichette; his siblings, Harold Scarborough, Ike Scarborough, Shaneen Gaona, Rhonda Scarborough, Ciara Montoya and Claurinda Scarborough; and his niece Whitney Scarborough.
He is survived by: his sons, Jason Pichette and Steven Scarborough Jr.; his granddaughter Kayshish Pichette-Cline; and his siblings, James Scarborough Jr., Celeste Jefferson, Kim Scarborough, Frank Solomon, Laurinda Matt, Elaina "Angel" Scarborough and Gloria Scarborough. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
A prayer was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wexliem Community Building (2100 Blackhawk Way, Bellingham, WA 98226). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at the Wex'Liem Community Building.
