He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Hagen and Arlene Anderson (Anderson). He is survived by: his children, Matthew Hagen and Sarah Trefethen (Jesse); his grandchildren, Myles, Dayne, Vernon, Nellie and Warren Trefethen; his siblings, Vernene Scheurer (Larry), Stephanie Pessemier (Bill), Kevan Hagen (Betsy) and Kary Hagen (Maria); his former wives, Martha Paradis Hagen (Marc) and Lee Toler Lee; his stepmother Diane Hagen; his aunts, Audrey Block, Judy and Laurine Keyes; and his uncle Gary Dunster. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Vaughn's memory can be made to the Sons of Norway Foundation, Kiwanis International, and the Blaine Free Church Unitarian.
