With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Irene Duncan of Blaine, Washington, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 11, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Belkom and Zofia Van Belkom (Czuba); and her stepson Mark McDaniel. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Duncan; her siblings, Anne Van Belkom, Yvonne Van Belkom, Edward Van Belkom (Christine Van Belkom), John Van Belkom and Tony Van Belkom; her daughter Marcie Zinger; her grandchildren, Zofia and Asher Zinger; Christopher.
