She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Pepper and Mamie Pepper (Soine); her husband Orlane James Blikre (Jim); her sister Joan Johnson; her sister-in-law Janette Pepper; and also, Berta and Norien Blikre.
She is survived by: her children, Tami Arredondo (Tony), Thomas (Lori), Teresa and Anthony (Wendy); her granddaughters, Sarah (Tia) and Jessica; her great grandchildren, Marshall, Jayelene and Jesse; and her brothers, Bert Pepper (Gladys) and Boyd Pepper. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
