Alan Merritt Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alan Merritt of Bow, Washington, born in Seattle, Washington, who passed away on November 3, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Carlton Merritt and Bernice Merritt; his aunts, Alice and Alva Johnson; and his uncle Cal Johnson.

He is survived by: his wife Rose; his siblings, Randy Merritt and Kris Merritt; and his cousins, Nancy Workman (Dennis), Gary Johnson (Selina) and Joan Hirt. He is also survived by six nephews and several grand nephews and nieces.

Later, he graduated from the Washington Ag-Forestry Education Foundation.
