She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Behrens and Margaret "Peggy" Behrens; her in-laws, Leonard and Margaret Omdal; and her brothers, Richard (Lorraine Gundersen) and John Cox.

She is survived by: her husband Marvin Omdal; her daughters, Hillary Omdal of Seattle and Portia Omdal (Tyrone Minnis) of Bellevue; her grandsons, Braylon Minnis and Elliott Johnson; her siblings, Jon Behrens (Kay) and Heidi Behrens-Benedict; her sisters-in-law, Betty Cox and Karen Omdal; and her friends, Louise Eusterman, Vicki Lincoln-Rowson and Jeannie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
