He is survived by: his children, John Baxter, Elvina Baxter and George Baxter; his grandchildren, Phillip Mackey (Brielle), Heather Hughey, Tyler Baxter, Ashlee Quinn and Jonathan Turner; and his great grandchildren, Phoenix Mackey, Joseph Carrillo and Phillip M. Mackey.
