We announce the death of Sayo Black (Bremerton, Washington), who passed away on August 14, 2026, at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kamei Monguchi and Kamato Yamashiro; and her husband Harold K. Black. She is survived by: her daughter Sayuri Foster (Grant); her grandchildren, Corrine Stokoe (Neil), Brooke Eliason (Cody), Stephen Foster and Jacob Foster (Jaiden); her son Harold J Black (Kaari); her grandchildren, Jordan Ziegenhagen (Rick) and Kaiden Black; and her great grandchildren, Ani, Lyla, Millie, Harry, Bobby, George, Freddie, Eleanor, Leo, Bella and Ari. She is also survived by mother, Her gentle ways with children.
