He is survived by: his girlfriend Cynthia Moses; his children, Thomas Isis, Alethia Jerry, Judith Jerry, Eva Jerry and Harley McMillan-Isis; his father William Wells; his siblings, Krystle Badoldman, Alyssa Wells, Ryan Sinclair, Mikki Wells, Caleb Wells, Rose Sinclair and Cerelia Sinclair; and his stepdaughters, Johnelle Ramirez and Jamie Starr. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
