He is survived by: his children, Rod Provost-LaChance (Celene) of Phoenix, AZ, Rhonda Provost-LaChance-Byars (Clif) of Rockport, TX, Chad Provost (Jessica) of Bonney Lake, WA and Bryn Provost-Rodriguez (Joseph) of Bonney Lake, WA. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
