He is survived by: his children, Warren Lubben (Mary) of Port Orchard, Washington, Barbara De Kam (Wes) of Mesa, Arizona, John Van Dyk (Sandy) of Salem, Oregon and Joel Van Dyk (Bibiana) of Enumclaw, Washington. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
