He was predeceased by : his parents, Thelma Kelly and Benedict Kelly; his brothers, Mike Kelly and Joe Kelly; his siblings-in-law, Pat Cotter, Danny Como, Bev McCarty and Carl Cooper; his parents-in-law, Raymond and Mary Shelly; and his nephew Travis Harp.

He is survived by : his daughter Donna; his wife Donna; his son Steve Watkins (Wendy); his granddaughter Anne; his sisters, Katie Ries (Pete) and Bridget Cotter; his sister-in-law Merrie Kelly; his siblings, Brenda Hawkins (Bruce) and Mark Kelly (Marcia); his sister-in-law Sandra Kelly; his siblings, Tom Kelly (Danette), Dave Kelly, Mary Como and Kerrie Rowland (Tom); and his sister-in-law Peggy Chambers (Rich). He is also survived by 79 nieces and nephews, 101 great nieces and nephews, and 15 great-great nieces and nephews.
