He is survived by: his wife Rosette L. Andy; his stepchildren, Joshua Cross, Jose Mendoza, James Iyall and Kendra Cross; and his siblings, Alvin Parker, Dennis Andy, Sr. and Lydia Parrot. He is also survived by grandchildren.
