She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Trapp and Bonnie Trapp; and her husband Ronald O. Downing. She is survived by: her son Aldan Conway (Bud); her grandchildren, Kayla and Troy Conway; and her sisters, Donna Fennell and Bonnie Strickhouser.
In recognition of Edna's win against breast cancer and her triumphant spirit, contributions may be made in her honor to Susan G. Komen for breast cancer research.
