He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Jacobsen (Kitty); and his parents, Otto Jacobsen and Frances Jacobsen. He is survived by: his children, David, Gabby Jacobsen of Burien, Washington, Yvonne, Greg Mavor of Atlanta, Georgia and Nicole Wright of Sellersburg, Indiana.; his sister Betty Aiton; his granddaughters, Daisy, Diana, Ashley, Kaitlyn, Morgan, Savannah, Sydney and Anola; and his friends, Mary and Frank Shriane.
