She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hyatt and Mattie Hyatt (Coggins); her husband Robert Oxenham; her son David Lee Tracy; her siblings, Dewey, Ray, Kenneth Hyatt (Jim), Lucille Salves and Bonnie Fay Schrum; and her stepdaughter Robin Lee Walker.
She is survived by: her sons, Donald Richard Tracy (Brenda) of Franklin, NC and William Joseph Millsap of Franklin, NC; her stepchildren, Robert Michael Oxenham (Sharon) of Burlington, WA, Bobbie Jean Owens of Henderson, NV and Billie Kay Mahoni of Davis, CA; her sister-in-law Janet Hyatt of Sedro-Woolley, WA; her grandchild Reginia Tracy; her great grandchild Kair Fish; and her great great grandchildren, Grayson and McKenna Fish. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
