Mina Jane touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her grandmother Mina; her husband Edward Oxyer; her son Lenders Oxyer; her grandson Aaron Oxyer; her parents, Carl Stevens and Olive Stevens (Walter); her brothers, Edwin Stevens and Floyd Stevens; and her niece Betty Montieth (Stevens).

She is survived by: her sons, James Oxyer of Louisville, KY and David Oxyer (Theodora) of Burlington, WA; her grandchildren, Michelle Sanchez (Mike) of Sedro-Woolley, WA and Joshua Oxyer of Jamicia, NY; her great grandchildren, Mileya Sanchez, Maelyn Sanchez and Mason Sanchez; and her sisters, Myrtle Syverson of Sedro-Woolley and Judy Stevens of Abilene, KS. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
