She is survived by: her children, Rick Locke (Linda) of Anacortes, Ken Locke of Concrete, Peggy Vail (Michael) of Burlington and Jason Knapp (Lacey) of Bellingham; her grandchildren, Bryce of Maine, Kevin, Keith, Kurtis of Oregon, Roslyn Knapp of Montana and Shelby Johnson of Sedro-Woolley, WA; and her brother Richard'Dickie'Scott of Burlington. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
