He is survived by: his brother Robert Norman (Carolyn) of Camano Island; his daughters, Jodi Knudson, Cindy Spires and Wendy Johnson (Douglas); and his stepdaughter Sarah Minnis (Kelly) of North Carolina. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
