With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline Jorgensen of Centralia, Washington, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on April 26, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Glen Clark and Lillian Clark; her husband Jim Jorgensen; her granddaughter Katie McCann; and her siblings, Judy Gabaldon, Glen Clark and Larry Clark (Cathy).

She is survived by : her daughters, Crystal Rosenberg (Don) of Chehalis and Jill Olsen (Ed) of Rohnert Park, Calif.; and her brother Mike Clark (Karen) of Santa Rosa, Calif.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
