She was loved and cherished by many people including: husband: David Grimes; daughters: Marianne Baker and Michelle (Kevin) Hayes; sons: Kenneth (Cindy) LaPlaunt, Daniel LaPlaunt and David LaPlaunt; parents: Georges and Marthe Miletic; first husband: Donald LaPlaunt; and four brothers, five sisters, five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

A funeral service was held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Claquato Cemetery.
