He is survived by: his wife Carol Baker; his children, William (Sue) of Winlock, Teena of Kuai, Hawaii., Allen (Sheila) of Salkum and Pamie Bolt (Bryan) of Beaverton; and his brother Blaine of Washington. He is also survived by four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
