She was predeceased by: her parents, Zack Ramsey and Selma Ramsey; her husband Robert Bates; her son Matthew Bates; and her siblings, Helen Rohr, Dorothy Durrin, Cliff and Cleve Ramsey.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Peterson (Dave), Eric Bates (Cheryl) and Mike Bates (Sheree). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.
