She was predeceased by: her parents, Ansel Helvey and Sybil Helvey; and her husband Virgil Potter. She is survived by: her children, Cindy, Shane (Angela), Cary (Teri) and Koby (Nicholle). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great‑grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Centralia Community Church of God (3320 Borst Ave, Centralia, WA 98531).
